We need these two, right! I just primed the kitchen ceiling area where we had a leak in our bathroom last March and wouldn't you know it...the kids bathroom has a leak now!
How did I discover it...a new leak area in the kitchen ceiling right by the area I primed!
Dh came home and figures it may be a seal that needed replaced. So, we went to Home Depot and got what we needed and he replaced it. It was leaking a few drops...he tightened it some more and now we are just waiting to see if its fixed. The plumber is scheduled to come out tom'w....
AS far as the heat goes...the heat/AC guy is here now beginning work on replacing our heat pump and fan coil. He said it was the best route since they are phasing out the refrigerant we have now in three years. Look forward to a more efficient unit!
AND speaking of the PSAT...our DD is taking it at this moment at the local high school.
She knew she was going to take a *test run* this year...next year in the eleventh grade it counts for state scholarship consideration.

Sorry for your plumbing and heating problems. Very frustrating, but efficient is good, yes? :-) And good luck to your dd!
I sure do hope your husband was able to get that leak fixed. Tell your dd I wish her the best on her testing ;)
