So, our middle son, Joel and I went to take a look and Bentley immediately went right to Joel and snuggled up to him. So we brought him home in this borrowed carrier from our dear neighbor(Thanks, Barb.) and he did quite well on the trip home.
Immediately he went about smelling everywhere in the house. I am sure he smelled that we must have had another cat.
Bentley wants to eat all the time, at least every 2 hours! BUT he is getting better, he must have figured out that the food will be provided when he wants it.
He finally settled down and for the first week he would follow the last person up the stairs and sleep at the top of the stairs in the hallway till someone came down in the morning...which is Scott.(who feeds him first!)
He is definitely a people person...he wants to be in the room with someone and will follow you around till you settle down!

Congrats on your new family member. I knew the carrier was lent, but didn't hear about the outcome until reading just now. :-)
Looking forward to meeting Bentley in person.
We need to catch up sometime, but in the meantime, it's nice to get updates via your blog/Facebook, etc.!
