Seth GOT his NEW place!

Seth was looking to rent a house instead of extending his lease on his current apartment, so he would be able to play music without disturbing the neighbors. He looked on Craig's List and found a rental near a beach. Seth lost the chance to rent the other place due to another renter who came in and signed the lease quicker. BUT this was the place he was meant to get! (found it on Craig's List, too!) Located just a few blocks away from the other house Seth was looking at!

The beach is about a 15 min walk from his new place! He is an hours drive from us, but I can live with that. I will miss him being close, but am excited he found a place!


Going to be a busy weekend while we help get stuff moved out of his apt, get the apt. cleaned and then getting his stuff moved to his new place. 


We also are still working on getting my mom's house sold. The realtor sent an email that we had two showings this week. Praying for a good offer!
