Our son has been at Marine boot camp in Parris Island, SC since November 5th, 2012 and on Feb 1st he graduated as a MARINE. We drove him home and he has been home for 10 days and currently is a Recruiter's Assistant at his local Recruiters station till next Tuesday when he is scheduled to head down the Camp Greiger (Ft Lejune), NC for 29 days to complete MCT-Military Combat Training. Then after he graduates that he heads to California for his specialty traing in Communications. From there they will then assign him a permanent duty station. It has been wonderful to have him home again!
