Merry Christmas to Family and Friends!

Been a blessed year for our family.

Quick updates on our family:
Seth  is playing in several bands and still working at Heritage Foundation in their IT dept.
Joel and Taylor moved to Ohio as Joel got a job with Amazon in Etna in the shipping department.  He just quit and is looking to start college in January.  Taylor works in a pet store and is taking classes on how to train dogs and is also looking into going to college with her GI bill, as well.
Simon joined the Army in January.  We went to his graduation in April in Jackson, North Carolina and all the siblings were able to attend as well.  He then trained in Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio for Medic training. He graduated in August and his PCS is Oahu, Hawaii. He is doing well there now.
Shanon and Jadon celebrated year 5 of their marriage and Esther will be turning 2 January 10th.  Though they are busy as part of Esther’s staff, they still found out they will have a boy in April.  They moved just inside the Baltimore beltway to Halethorpe.
Scott was in the hospital for 3 days in November (and missed my first Crusader practice after 5 years) for high PSA blood numbers and UTI.  I was a trooper except when I curled in the fetal position and cried like Esther.  I am still coaching with Simon’s homeschool team, the Central Maryland Christian Crusaders.   Jeanne and I got to go to Panama City, Florida with the Crusaders and we won one and lost one in the homeschool football tournament.  This was our fourth year going. We got to eat at “Cook Out”, Zaxby’s, and The Varsity (famous hotdog place), in Atlanta. Scott still teaching Sunday School to Pre-schooler’s and Jeanne teaches 3rd grade.  Jeanne watches Esther two days a week while Shanon works at First Baptist of Savage.
We will be in Ohio for Christmas and Kiernan Schroeder (our niece) & Jonathan’s wedding (29th).     Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Wow it's been awhile since I have been by, that is such great news how your family is growing. Sounds like you are keeping quite busy too.
Our daughter is out in Connecticut going to Yale to get her Doctorate degree in Theology. She has been married 5 years also but only has two furbabies :) Says she is too busy for kids :(
Hope you enjoy a wonderful Christmas!
